After 32 years of working within a multinational company, I chose to follow my passion of becoming a coach, mentor and workshop facilitator. I motivate and empower company management teams and their employees to move forward in their professional life. Additionally, I specialise in growth management with young adults and teenagers, assisting them through anxieties, fears, and internal roadblocks.

Sarah Dunnage

CEO Ardan International Limited

Sarah left Business School in 1987 and started work for Provincial Life assurance (Prolific Life and Pensions). She has subsequently worked within IFGL companies for the last 30 years. She has held a number of senior roles in the group in both Finance and Investments before becoming CEO of Ardan International in 2018.
