What I admire a lot is that she is able to acknowledge what's already running well in your investment strategy and focus on those things that can still be done better. Carla Smart is my advisor for my transfer of my pension funds from a UK only provider to a UK and EU provider. This was completed as I am based in the EU, I was no longer able to manipulate the funds held by my UK pension provider. At all times they were helpful and prompt regarding replies.
