Mike Coady is the CEO of Skybound Wealth Management Group and one of the most experienced figures in international financial services. He has spent more than twenty-five years in the UK and global markets and the last twenty years living and working in Dubai. Mike grew up in the GCC as the son of an oil and gas expat, so cross-border life is something he understands on a personal level. That experience drives his commitment to helping people live, work and retire with confidence when they are far from home.

Mike leads Skybound from the front. He is a practising adviser as well as the CEO, FCA-registered in the UK and authorised under CySEC in Europe. Skybound's UAE entities are regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE and the Capital Market Authority. He works with clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East and is known for his direct style, high standards and a work ethic that sets the tone for the entire firm.

His career began in the UK with two of the biggest names in the industry, Prudential and Barclays. Those early years shaped his approach to advice, service and leadership and built the foundation for the global career that followed.

Under Mike's leadership, Skybound Wealth has expanded its footprint, opened new offices and strengthened its position as one of the leading cross-border advisory firms in the industry.

He has also led the creation of divisions and initiatives that reflect what modern international clients need. These include Athletes and Creators, a dedicated service for people whose careers and income move across borders; Women Like Us, a platform focused on financial confidence for women; and Skybound Property & Finance, which connects UK property and borrowing decisions with the wider financial plan.

Mike has also overseen the development of Skybound's proprietary technology ecosystem Plume Wealth Tech. This includes Hub, the operating platform behind the firm's advice model, MoneyMap and the Skybound App, which support advisers and clients across the planning journey. He also established SOAR, Skybound's quarterly investor magazine and education conferences.

Skybound Wealth has been recognised with major industry awards, including Company of the Year, Excellence in Advisory Practice and Excellence in Client Service at the International Investment Awards. Mike has also been named in the International Adviser Top 100, recognising influential figures in the global advice industry.

He is a Fellow of the London Institute of Banking & Finance, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (FIoD) and a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals (FF.ISP). Mike is also a writer, blogger, industry commentator and regular panellist at international financial conferences. His views on cross-border advice, international tax planning and long-term financial behaviour are frequently referenced across the industry.
