Lily's journey began with her graduation from Northumbria University, where she earned First Class Honours in Business. Her early career saw her gain invaluable experience at Disney in the USA, where she honed her skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Following this, she joined the Jumeirah team in Mayfair, London.
In 2021, Lily was approached to join the pre-opening team of Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. Her exceptional contributions quickly led to her promotion to Talent Acquisition Manager. Lily has successfully managed the end-to-end recruitment process for both Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, playing a crucial role in the successful opening of Atlantis The Royal.
Born in the Wirral, UK, and now a resident of Dubai, Lily has developed a deep understanding of the region's unique recruitment landscape. Her international perspective and proven track record in recruitment and talent development make her an invaluable asset to Skybound Wealth Management.
