His impressive career spans the banking, consulting, and international financial services sectors across diverse geographical locations including the UK, the UAE, and India.

Jaya has held pivotal roles in leading financial institutions, where his expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance frameworks has been instrumental in navigating complex regulatory environments. His proactive approach to risk management and deep understanding of global financial regulations have consistently driven organizational success and ensured stringent compliance standards are met.

Jaya holds dual MBAs—one from Hult International Business School and another in Finance from Osmania University, India. Additionally, he is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from IMA (USA) and holds the CISI Extended Level 3 Certificate in Compliance and Risk.
